We ship all orders via DHL, with free shipping on orders over €200.

  • No PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO boxes.

Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order through the My Account section on our website or by contacting info@artique.eu

  • We ship Monday through Saturday.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors (customs clearance, shipping delays, etc.).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We get it, sometimes a purchase doesn’t work out. Our goal is to make the return process simple and stress-free.


How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return: Email info@artique.eu or use our contact form to request a return. We’ll send you a Return Form to include with your items.
  2. Return Your Items: Send the items back in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. You’re responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll review it. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags).
  • No signs of wear, stains, or scents (like perfume or detergent) are allowed.
  • Returns must arrive at our facility within 14 days from the date of delivery. If we don't receive the return on time, we’ll offer to ship it back to you (at your cost), refunds will no longer be available.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Place a new order and return the original item. If your desired item is out of stock, contact us at info@artique.eu and we’ll assist you.


Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived, please check with your bank or card provider as processing times can vary. If you still need assistance, email info@artique.eu and we’ll help you track it down.


Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact info@artique.eu with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it quickly.
