ORDERS & SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order through the My Account section on our website or by contacting info@artique.eu
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over €350. Shipping fees for smaller orders depend on the destination and are displayed at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To start a return, email info@artique.eu or use our contact form. We’ll send you a Return Form to include with your items. Returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If we do not receive your return within this period, we will offer to ship the item back to you at your cost.
If you’d like a different size or color, place a new order for the desired item and return the original. If the item is out of stock, email info@artique.eu, and we’ll assist you.
PRODUCTS & SIZING
We provide a size guide on each product page. If you’re unsure, contact info@artique.eu for personalized advice.
Follow the care instructions on the garment label. In most cases, we recommend washing at 30°C, avoiding tumble drying, and laying flat to dry.
